Refunds & Returns
General Return Guidelines
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In original packaging with tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
- Returned with a valid tracking number
Oh-Shape partners with multiple fulfillment centers. Once your return is approved, our team will provide the correct return address.
Returns sent without approval cannot be processed.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@oh-shape.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the product and packaging
Once verified, we’ll cover the return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong product, email us with:
- Your order number
- The item you ordered
- The item you received
- A clear photo of the incorrect item
We’ll provide a prepaid return label and send the correct product — or process a full refund.
Returns for Size or Change of Mind
If returning due to size issues or change of mind:
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- You must provide valid tracking once shipped
- Contact support for approval and the correct return address
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive another size or color, please return your original item (after approval) and place a new order.
Return Shipping Costs
• Customer pays return shipping for size, change-of-mind, or wrong-item-ordered cases.
• Oh-Shape covers return shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrect items caused by our error.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once placed, as fulfillment begins automatically. If you no longer want the item, you may request a return after delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you an update. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If 15 business days pass without receiving your refund, please contact support@oh-shape.com.
Important Notes
• Return slips are not included in shipments.
• All returns must be approved before sending.
• Returns must be shipped to the original dispatch location to be eligible for a refund.
