Where do you ship?
We ship to the United Kingdom and internationally, including the EU, United States, Canada and Australia. Prices are shown and charged in GBP (£).
How long will my order take?
We process orders in 1–2 business days, and delivery then takes around 5–8 business days. Full details are in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. Once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
Returns & refunds
What is your return policy?
Unworn items in original condition, with the hygiene seal intact, can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Full conditions and steps are in our Refund & Returns Policy.

How do I choose my size?
Every product page has a size guide and fit notes. If you're between sizes, email us before ordering and we'll help you choose.
